Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about IT and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line support to end users for hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
Manage incidents and service requests through the service desk ticketing system.
Document and track all support interactions in the ticketing system.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for users.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
Provide training and support to users on IT systems and software.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting.
Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of Active Directory and user account management.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
