Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide voice and chat support to resolve technical issues related to desktop systems, operating systems, networking, and messaging tools
Perform systematic troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related incidents

Incident & Service Request Management

Log incidents and service requests accurately in the service management system
Manage the complete lifecycle of incidents and requests in line with defined SLAs

Customer Handling & Communication

Deliver high-quality customer service with strong focus on user satisfaction
Communicate clearly and effectively with end users to understand issues and provide timely resolution

Operational Readiness & Learning

Demonstrate willingness to work in night shifts, weekends, and rotational schedules as required
Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and support processes to enhance performance
