Job Description
Location: Remote (India)
A telecom services company that supports enterprise accounts is staffing up the service desk that keeps those accounts networks and devices running, and has partnered with Flexiple on the hire. Enterprise clients here range from mid-sized manufacturers to regional banks, each with its own mix of leased lines, routers, and managed devices, and a service desk that has to know the difference between a client's problem and the network's. Flexiple works as the managed marketplace behind this hire, connecting Indian talent to roles like this at companies building out their support functions properly.
The role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first line for enterprise clients reporting network or device issues, logging, triaging, and resolving tickets within defined service levels.
Ticket Triage
- Log and classify incoming tickets by severity and affected service
- Run first-level diagnostics on connectivity, device, and access issues
- Resolve straightforward issues directly and document the fix
Escalation and Follow-through
- Escalate network-layer issues to the NOC with clear diagnostic notes
- Track tickets through to closure, including ones sitting with other teams
- Update clients proactively when a fix is taking longer than the SLA allows
What you bring
- 2 to 6 years on a service desk, NOC, or technical support role, ideally in telecom or ISP operations
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: IP, DNS, VPN, and basic routing
- Comfort with ticketing and monitoring tools
- Clear communication for enterprise clients who expect a confident answer
Good to have
- CCNA or an equivalent networking certification
- Exposure to enterprise leased-line or MPLS troubleshooting
- ITIL familiarity
What's on offer
- A service desk seat handling real enterprise accounts, not a training queue
- Hybrid placement with a company investing in its enterprise support layer
- A defined path toward NOC or senior analyst roles
How we hire
A recruiter screen, a technical assignment covering common network scenarios, a hiring-manager round, and a culture-fit conversation.
One application is kept on file against this role and any other Flexiple matches you to.
