Job Description

Role: Service desk Agent

Location: Bangalore, Chennai

Exp: 3-6 yrs

Mode of interview : Virtual

Must Have Skills:

  1. Technical and system expertise (networking, active directory, DNS)
  2. Customer support using telephone and computer skills
  3. Excellent analytical skills and communication
  4. Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  5. Time management
  6. Teamwork and collaboration
  7. Identify and diagnose issues and problems
  8. Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
  9. Support problem identification
  10. Advise users on appropriate course of action
  11. Monitor issues from start to resolution
  12. Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
  13. Excellent written verbal and presentation skills

Good to have:

  1. Well organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision with quick learning skills.
  2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
