Job Description

Overview:

Responsible for strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Drive strategic initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver superior service and value to key clients. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for end-to-end Technical Solution Delivery and Project Management.
  • Manage the delivery of complete project scope and committed deliverables as per the contract.
  • Technical solution and services Implementation as per customer requirements (DLD/LLD).
  • Manage project activities, risks, and resource requirements during the project lifecycle.
  • Review & monitor project KPIs/SLAs as per the contract. Ensure SLA compliance in coordination with internal teams at Circles, NHQ, NOC and relevant external stakeholders.
  1. Advise project changes and interventions to achieve project output in consultation with customer/ sales/ business/ cross functional teams.
  2. Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient service deliverables and RMA processing.
  3. Maintain close interface with customer and project stakeholders for smooth and timely execution of projects.

Educational Qualifications - B.E/BTech and MBA. PMP certification

Years of Experience (minimum & maximum) - 7-12 years of experience in handling projects for major customers.
