Service Delivery Manager Trainee – Networking / NOC / SOC

Work Mode: Work From Office

Job Location: Mysore, Karnataka.

Experience: 1-2 years

Timings: US Night Shift - 04:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST.

Experience: 1–2 years in Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), or IT Infrastructure Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily NOC/SOC operations and monitor network, security, and infrastructure alerts.
  • Track incidents, service requests, and event escalations to ensure resolution within SLA timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and support groups for issue resolution and escalation management.
  • Assist in monitoring network performance, system availability, security events, and operational dashboards.
  • Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly service delivery reports and maintain operational documentation.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders or clients regarding incident status, service impact, and resolution updates.
  • Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and escalation management processes.
  • Assist in identifying recurring issues, service risks, and improvement opportunities in network and security operations.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of NOC/SOC operations, monitoring processes, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of incident management, event monitoring, escalation handling, and SLA tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VPN, and firewall fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring or security monitoring tools is preferred.
  • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
