Job Description

  • Provide L3 support for the CreditPoint application in a production environment.
  • Handle incoming production bugs and application issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Analyze, fix bugs, and deliver patches in coordination with the Paris-based development team.
  • Collaborate effectively with international teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and deployment.
  • Ensure high reactivity in identifying, analyzing, and resolving production incidents.
  • Maintain structured and well-documented support and bug-fixing processes.
  • Adhere to quality standards and ensure timely delivery of fixes within SLA timelines.
  • Participate in incident management and support activities for application stability.
