Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with advanced technical expertise in GPON, Cloud technologies (AWS, GKE, RedHat), and Kubernetes/Docker. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, Java), knowledge of Nokia FN products (SDAN, FWAC, Home Wi-Fi), and a proven track record of managing integration services and customer requirements. You will be responsible for leading projects, creating implementation plans, and ensuring successful service delivery across global teams. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Work across multiple technology areas at an intermediate to advanced skill level or specialize in a single technology area at an advanced level.
- Create detailed implementation plans and technical infrastructure documentation for system integration projects.
- Follow the Systems Integration (SI) delivery process to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop test strategies and test cases to ensure thorough product validation.
- Assist in gathering customer requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and providing input on feature specifications.
- Contribute to the creation of migration procedures for seamless system transitions.
- Maintain and contribute to knowledge documentation through tools like SharePoint, ShareInside, and other collaboration platforms.
- Work autonomously in a mixed environment, applying best practices to solve complex problems and improve products/services.
- Collaborate with R&D and global team
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- 15+ years of relevant experience and/or a graduate degree in a related field, with advanced skills in technology integration.
- Strong people management skill
- Strong communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of GPON domain and Cloud technologies (AWS, GKE, RedHat).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and proficiency in Linux environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and Java, with a good understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Nokia FN products such as SDAN, FWAC, and Home Wi-Fi.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team-oriented environment.
