Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery capabilities and customer satisfaction
Oversee and manage the performance of service providers and vendors, ensuring they meet agreed-upon requirements and standards
Prepare and present regular service delivery performance reports to management and stakeholders
Provide exceptional customer service and act as an advocate for our clients
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management or a related role
Proven track record of successfully managing service delivery processes and teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus
