Role: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Hyderabad, India
HCLTech is seeking a strategic and dynamic Cluster Delivery Leader. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery for a key strategic global client. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a technical background and AI, a proven ability to drive delivery excellence, and the operational rigor to manage a large-scale portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program & Operations Management: Own and manage multiple complex projects/programs end-to-end. Provide operational leadership from demand and capacity planning for each sprint to ensuring all contractual obligations are met. You will be accountable for core delivery metrics and SLAs, including Planned vs. Actuals and Defect Density.
- Experience in managing portfolios of programs in Applications (Enterprise application or otherwise) Managed services, Implementation, Development and Testing.
- Financial & Portfolio Excellence: Take full ownership of the portfolio's financial health. This includes maintaining and validating revenue numbers, performing accurate forecasting, and optimizing profit margins. Work closely with the Cluster PMO to ensure financial governance and reporting accuracy.
- Resource Management: Lead resource fulfillment efforts by collaborating with the HCLTech Talent Acquisition team and PMO to ensure all project roles are staffed with the right talent to meet client demands.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with client managers and leads, serving as the primary onsite point of contact. Lead all Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Monthly Business Review (MBR), and Weekly Status Review (WSR) discussions.
- Global Team Coordination: Lead and manage a large onsite and offshore team. Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers in India to ensure seamless project execution, operational excellence, and 24/7 delivery continuity.
- Strategic Growth: Lead BI, Data, and AI initiatives, working directly with client stakeholders to identify new opportunities. Take the lead on new business proposals and RFPs, crafting compelling presentations that articulate the technical approach and value proposition.
- Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Convert high-level ideas into clear, persuasive, and high-impact executive presentations. Be proficient in creating and delivering high-impact presentations that effectively convert thoughts and ideas into clear and persuasive slides.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 14+ years of experience in managing development projects, with a heavy focus on project delivery.
- Proven experience in Delivery Leadership role, managing large technical teams and complex portfolios.
Generative AI: Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to create innovative client solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial health, including P&L, margins, and revenue validation.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of converting strategy into well-structured, executive-level slides.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
