Your Role

Total Experience: 12-14 Years only

Location: Mumbai Only

  • Manage endtoend service delivery across a distributed model, ensuring SLA compliance, SOP governance, and operational excellence.
  • Own account financials (invoicing, forecasting, variance reporting) and ensure adherence to contractual commitments and governance processes.
  • Lead incident, problem, risk & issue management to closure, ensuring RCA quality and timely escalation to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, handle escalations/complaints, monitor satisfaction, and communicate effectively through reports and governance forums.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation initiatives, service management best practices, and ensure teams understand business impact and key events.

Your Profile

  • Strong SAP TechnoFunctional background with handson experience in ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Proven leadership in SAP AMS delivery, covering Incident, Problem, Change, Release & Security Management.
  • Experience in program governance, budgeting, P&L management, SoW creation, and SLA adherence.
  • Strong capability in Agile/Scrum delivery, leading distributed teams and driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent clientfacing skills with experience handling service reporting, stakeholder management, and operational transformation.
