Key Deliverables:

• Coordinate end-to-end crew documentation, medicals, licenses, and flag state requirements
• Ensure timely issuance of contracts, safety gear, and travel logistics for all vessel joiners
• Maintain accurate data in PARIS software and generate regular reports on manning activity
• Support visa form submission, hotel booking, and onboard communication as per SOPs

Role Responsibilities:

• Liaise with sourcing, license, and visa teams for seamless crew onboarding
• Perform screening and checklist verification for medical and compliance documents
• Handle DG updates, flight booking, COVID testing coordination, and sign-on procedures
• Address consulate and onboard license queries, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
