The Service Coordinator coordinates and manages service requests and schedules, serves as the point of contact for technicians, and internal teams, sends required materials, co-ordinates technical support for onsite teams, tracks service progress, and ensures accurate documentation and proper record-keeping of all service-related documents.
Responsibilities
- Prepare CAMC and Paid Service proposals as per client requirements.
- Maintain and update CAMC schedules, registers, and track service reports.
- Coordinate collection of POs and maintain the CAMC Register.
- Draft and review Warranty Certificates, terms, and conditions.
- Create and follow up on internal billing and ensure timely billing updates.
- Generate CAMC and Maintenance letters for clients.
- Maintain a daily task list and ensure its regular updating and completion.(All service activities)
- Collect, organize, and archive all service reports from engineers.
- Review all ISO-related documentation monthly for compliance.
- Update KPI tasks of all engineers and monitor performance indicators.
- Manage and update monthly expense sheets accurately.
- Draft monthly fund request documents and submit them with supporting details.
Education: Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
Experience Level: 01 year (Freshers)
Mandatory Requirement: Hindi speaking
