Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Service Cloud / Agent force Developer with 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on skills in Service Cloud and Agent force/Co-Pilot features, alongside experience using Salesforce tools to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable Service Cloud solutions, leveraging Agent force and Co-Pilot functionalities.
  • Utilize Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative methodologies (Flows, Forms, Workflows) to tailor applications to business needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design and enhance partner and customer communities within Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce functionalities.
  • Actively participate in Agile project methodologies, working with cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features and best practices to ensure optimal performance of applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Service Cloud and Agent force/Co-Pilot.
  • Proficient in Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools (Flows, Forms, Workflows).
  • Strong understanding of partner and customer community development within Salesforce.
  • Active Salesforce certifications are required; at a minimum, candidates must hold the Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud).
  • Experience in integration with third-party applications and services.
  • Knowledge of Agile development processes and methodologies.
