Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing Microsoft solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives.
- Creating authorized training content to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced users, while maintaining the core learning objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials align with the latest industry trends and platform updates.
- Working closely with clients to understand their training needs, tailor training programs to meet their requirements, and provide pre-training consultations.
- Conducting workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions both internally and for clients, ensuring that the authorized content is effectively delivered.
- Providing customization to authorized training modules as needed to address client-specific use cases and scenarios.
- Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, continuously improving authorized training materials and delivery methods.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft services to provide accurate and relevant authorized training content.
- Providing technical guidance and support to participants during and after authorized training sessions.
- Guiding participants through the preparation process for Microsoft certifications, offering exam-focused training and study strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies, with relevant certifications.
- Previous experience as a solutions architect, technical trainer, instructor, or educator is preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience in creating authorized training materials, including presentations, labs, and documentation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of various skill levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
