This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Associate based in Coimbatore. As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing excellent customer service, managing ticketing operations, and ensuring a seamless cinema experience. You will also monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of the cinema premises, handle customer feedback effectively, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive customer experience
• Basic Analytical and Finance skills for handling transactions and performing routine financial reconciliations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience in the entertainment or service industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
