This is a Service application helpdesk specialist role reporting to head of service applications helpdesk support based out of Vadodara, India. You will be primarily to support on ATURB (Microsoft CRM) & SAP S4/Hana and other service applications, who provides defined services to the internal customers with best quality in the most efficient way.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work as a first point of contact for users regarding requests, problems and incidents on ATURB (Microsoft CRM), S4HANA and other service application.
  • Ensure to resolve technology issues that require deeper knowledge.
  • Ensure prompt service response through the monitoring and management of the intake of all incidents and support requests through all accepted channels (phone, email, ticket system/web portal).
  • Determine impact and urgency of an incident and support request to determine priority.
  • Conduct initial triage/troubleshooting on a wide range of technology issues on ATURB and SAP S/4 Hana.
  • Escalate unresolved requests and incidents to higher tiers/vendors/service providers.
  • Build and maintain advanced skillset/knowledge in troubleshooting, infrastructure, and application suite.
  • Perform scheduled and documented configuration changes or deployments

Your background

  • B.E / B. Tech or MCA.
  • 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Firm attitude towards delivering end-to-end high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem solver.
  • Good on verbal-written communication. (English)
  • Good interpersonal Skills and be able to respect different cultures across the globe.
  • Good to have experience in supporting as support specialist on SAP S4 Hana or Microsoft CRM
  • Rotational shift job
