Service and Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to service calls and machine breakdowns at customer or plant sites. -
• Install, commission, and test new machines at client locations. -
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare maintenance reports. -
• Assist in upgrading or retrofitting older machinery to improve performance. -
• Follow safety protocols and ensure minimal downtime of equipment.
• Coordinate with production and R&D teams to resolve recurring issues. -
• Train client personnel on basic maintenance and safe machine operation. -
• Maintain inventory of service tools, parts, and consumables

Skill Set :

• Ability to handle all the responsibilities mentioned above
• Ability to select and source suitable electrical components like Sensors, ICs, Relays, DIN rail panel components, Power distribution components etc.
• Ability to understand datasheets thoroughly
• Ability to independently research and learn unknown concepts
