Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Greeting residents and guests.
Effectively communicate with other departments of the property operation as needed.
Thoroughly walk the amenity spaces in the building to ensure that they are always presentable, reporting/fixing issues when they occur. While completing walk-through, greet tenants with a smile and incur on how their day/building experience is going.
Assisting with arrival issues such as showing guests to the elevator and escorting visitors to the proper destination within the lobby.
Help to manage deliveries to the lobby/mail-room area.
Facilitating the acceptance of visitors with a friendly security staff member, while always ensuring that no unwanted guests gain access to the building.

Experience Required: Freshers to 3 Years
