Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to join our workshop team. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the service department, ensuring smooth vehicle servicing and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
- Prepare job cards and explain repair/service details clearly
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for timely service completion
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines to customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain service records
- Upsell additional services or products when required
- Deliver excellent customer experience at every touchpoint
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (preferred)
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good coordination and teamwork skills
Salary: 25,000 per month (Approx.)
