Job Description

Customer Interaction & Service Coordination

  • Extend courteous reception and assist customers in establishing vehicle complaints after road tests.
  • Provide reasonable time and cost estimates for repair jobs.
  • Allocate jobs to supervisors and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency.
  • Educate customers on maintenance practices, service schedules, and value-added services.

Repair Oversight & Communication

  • Explain repair jobs performed, parts replaced, and associated costs.
  • Ensure vehicles are delivered to customer satisfaction.
  • Collect post-service feedback and implement corrective measures if required.

Scheduling & Resource Management

  • Handle advanced service bookings based on workshop load and resource availability.
  • Monitor ongoing service operations and workflow to maintain efficiency.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates to customers regularly.
  • Ensure testing and quality checks are performed as per workshop standards.
