Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role based in Vadodara. The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle service needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth aftersales process. Daily tasks include interacting with customers to understand their requirements, coordinating with service teams, providing accurate estimates, and delivering customer-focused service while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
