Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role based in Vadodara. The Service Advisor will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, coordinating vehicle repairs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include liaising with customers to understand their needs, communicating repair updates, and ensuring smooth aftersales service. Additionally, the Service Advisor will work closely with the technical team to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Experience in Aftersales processes or a related customer service role
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes is a plus
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for service management
