Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Service Advisor role located in Surat. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service center. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their two-wheeler maintenance needs, ensuring superior customer satisfaction, facilitating aftersales support, and maintaining effective communication between customers and technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service skills
- Effective Communication abilities to engage with clients and the technical team
- Knowledge of Aftersales processes and service value chains
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the automotive service industry is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Surat with a willingness to adapt to evolving customer requirements
