Role Description
We are seeking a Service Advisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle servicing process. Key responsibilities include coordinating aftersales services, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating technical details about vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Experience in Aftersales services, including understanding vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the automobile industry or a related field is preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
