Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional ownership experience for premium car customers. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-value customers while ensuring workshop efficiency, revenue growth, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Welcome customers professionally and understand their service requirements
  • Explain repair jobs, service packages, and maintenance schedules clearly and transparently
  • Deliver a luxury-class customer experience aligned with premium brand standards
  • Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and professionalism
  • Ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores

Technical & Workshop Coordination

  • Prepare accurate job cards with detailed customer complaints and technical observations
  • Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis, repair timelines, and quality checks
  • Ensure proper test drives before vehicle delivery
  • Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed proactively

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Promote value-added services such as:
  • AMC / Service Packages
  • Extended Warranty
  • Insurance & Accident Repairs
  • Accessories & Detailing Services
  • Achieve individual and team service revenue targets
  • Ensure optimal labour and parts billing with zero leakages

Process Compliance & Documentation

  • Follow OEM and dealership SOPs strictly
  • Ensure warranty documentation and approvals are completed accurately
  • Maintain digital records, service history, and customer data
  • Ensure first-time-right repairs and minimal repeat jobs

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer-handling and conflict-resolution ability
  • Good technical knowledge of premium vehicles
  • Proficiency in DMS, CRM systems, and basic MS Office
  • Professional grooming and brand-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customers

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering (preferred)
  • Any graduate with relevant automobile service experience may apply
