Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thiruvananthapuram for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and managing aftersales. Daily tasks include assisting customers with their inquiries, understanding their requirements, coordinating vehicle service appointments, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain client relationships and service quality.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer-focused service skills, including Customer Satisfaction and building lasting client relationships
  • Proficiency in Customer Service tasks, ensuring seamless service experiences
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Familiarity with Aftersales processes and the ability to oversee post-service follow-ups and ensure service effectiveness
  • Ability to work in a dynamic automotive environment with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
