Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Satna for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their service needs, providing advice on recommended services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. The role involves coordinating with technicians, managing service schedules, and ensuring prompt communication about vehicle status and repairs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer-Focused Service
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
  • Experience in Aftersales service management is preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools and software for managing service schedules
  • Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry is a plus
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in automotive service or customer service are a plus
