Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing customer-focused service, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating with customers about their vehicles, and managing aftersales process.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to provide customer-focused service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues
• Prior experience in customer service or after sales role will be highly beneficial
• Aptitude to understand technical aspects of automobiles and explain it to customers.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
