Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements
* Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for services
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair
* Keep customers updated on service progress and additional requirements
* Prepare job cards, invoices, and maintain service records
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
* Promote additional services, parts, and maintenance packages
* Follow up with customers post-service for feedback
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of automotive systems and servicing
* Ability to handle customers and resolve queries effectively
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, etc.)
* Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in automobile dealership/service center
* Sales and upselling skills
* Time management and multitasking ability
