Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Server role located in Nagpur. The Server will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and assisting in day-to-day operations to ensure the caf runs smoothly.

• Customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a positive guest experience
• Ability to take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Time management and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and follow proper food and beverage serving practices
• Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or a similar role is an asset
