Job Description Server Management Administrator (38 Years)
We are looking for an experienced Server Management Administrator with strong Linux and cloud skills.
Key Skills:
- 38 years in server administration (physical & VM).
- Strong Linux (SUSE) experience, patching, upgrades & troubleshooting.
- Pacemaker cluster configuration & issue resolution.
- Knowledge of Azure / AWS / GCP.
- ITIL process understanding.
- DNS setup, SAMBA, AUTOFS, CIFS, FTP, Users & Permissions.
- LVM management, GRUB troubleshooting, zypper patching.
- Good communication skills and ability to provide knowledge transfer.
- Willing to travel and support SAP environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd-level technical support as per SLAs.
- Handle incidents, service requests, change requests & RCA.
- Support L2 team in upgrades/patch issues.
- Server installation, monitoring, maintenance & special configurations.
- Automate repetitive tasks.
- Documentation, testing & knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call support when required.
