We are seeking a skilled Serial Test Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for serial products, ensuring quality and reliability in our offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for serial products.
- Analyze test results and identify defects in the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures and outcomes.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in test engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of serial communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C).
- Proficiency in using test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages (Python, LabVIEW, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
