About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on SEO Team Lead who can go beyond vanity metrics and drive real business impact. You'll be owning SEO across a diverse client portfolio from fast-growing D2C brands to B2B SaaS and service businesses.
This is a leadership role where you'll manage strategy, mentor a team, and work closely with our founder to grow our SEO function from the inside out.
This Role is For You If You:
- Have 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring a team
- Have worked in a digital agency or in-house with multiple client projects (agency preferred)
- Can own strategy end-to-end from audits to execution and performance reporting
- Are comfortable managing multiple clients and balancing priorities
- Can join within 30 days
- Are currently in or open to a salary range of 6.5 8 LPA
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead SEO strategy for multiple brands across industries (D2C, SaaS, service)
- Manage a team of SEO executives, set direction, review work, and provide guidance.
- Conduct technical audits, keyword research, and competitor/SERP analysis
- Collaborate with developers to fix SEO issues and implement best practices
- Build high-performing content strategies aligned with client goals
- Stay on top of algorithm updates and SEO trends ,and apply them smartly
- Be the go-to SEO expert in client meetings communicate insights clearly and confidently
