Role Overview

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for building and scaling Paperflite's organic growth engine. This role goes beyond rankings. You'll drive qualified traffic, demo intent, and pipeline impact through content, technical SEO, and distribution strategy. You'll work closely with content, product marketing, web, and RevOps teams to align SEO with real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Growth

  • Own the end-to-end SEO roadmap for Paperflite (traffic, conversions, and pipeline impact).
  • Identify high-intent keyword clusters across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU.
  • Build scalable content frameworks (pillar pages, use-case hubs, comparison pages, integrations, alternatives).
  • Translate search demand into clear content and page briefs.

Content & On-Page SEO

  • Partner with content and product marketing teams to ship SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and solution pages.
  • Optimize existing content for rankings, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ensure strong internal linking, topical authority, and content freshness.
  • Guide writers with search intent, SERP analysis, and on-page best practices.

Technical SEO

  • Own technical SEO health (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site structure).
  • Work with engineering/web teams to fix SEO issues and ship improvements.
  • Manage site migrations, redirects, canonicalization, and schema when required.
  • Monitor and act on GSC, GA4, and SEO tooling insights.

Authority & Distribution

  • Build and execute link-building and digital PR strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, guest posts, and content syndication.
  • Strengthen domain authority across competitive B2B SaaS keywords.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track and report SEO performance across traffic, rankings, conversions, demos, and pipeline.
  • Tie SEO efforts to business metrics (MQLs, SQLs, revenue influence).
  • Share insights regularly with leadership and cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have

  • 2 to 4 years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of search intent, SERP behavior, and modern SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs / Semrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog.
  • Experience working with content, web, and product teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute independently.

Good to Have

  • Experience with demo-led SaaS SEO.
  • Exposure to CRO, A/B testing, or conversion optimization.
  • Understanding of ABM, sales enablement, or RevOps-driven growth.
