What Youll Own
- Full-funnel SEO: keyword research, content optimization, on-page, outreach/link growth, analytics.
- Technical SEO: site architecture, crawl/index management, canonicals, redirects, hreflang, pagination, faceted nav, sitemaps & robots.
- Audits: large-scale crawls & log analysis with actionable, dev-friendly fixes.
- Performance: optimize Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, LCP/FCP/CLS/TTFB; work with dev/CDN/caching teams.
- Rendering: diagnose JS/SSR/CSR/lazy loading issues; manage prerendering.
- Schema: implement & validate JSON-LD for rich results.
- Monitoring: set alerts for indexation drops, traffic shifts, and algorithm hits.
- Cross-functional: partner with dev, product, content, and marketing to embed SEO in releases.
- Reporting: build dashboards, run SEO A/B tests, track ROI.
Must-Haves
- 2+ yrs hands-on SEO (agency or in-house).
- Expert in Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, DeepCrawl (or similar).
- Skilled with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, GSC, GA4.
- Proficient in PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, WebPageTest, GTmetrix, Chrome DevTools.
- Log analysis & server diagnostics experience.
- Knowledge of HTTPS, headers, CDNs, and version control (Git).
- Skilled in schema validation & technical collaboration.
Nice to Have
- International SEO (hreflang, multi-domain).
- E-commerce/faceted navigation experience.
- SEO A/B testing & CRO tools.
- Certifications (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
