About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth, optimizing on-page and off-page SEO, and implementing data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of SEO tools, and a passion for improving search visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content opportunities.
• Optimize website on-page elements (meta tags, headings, URLs, content, and internal linking).
• Plan and execute off-page SEO activities, including link-building and outreach.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues (site speed, crawl errors, mobile optimization, etc.).
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with brand objectives.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms, trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, keyword strategy, and analytics tools.
• Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms and Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of local SEO, schema markup, and voice search optimization is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
