About the Role:

SEO is a critical revenue driver at GoPaisa. We are looking for an Organic Growth Specialist to lead expansion across competitive fintech categories, including coupons, cashback, credit cards, and instant money products. Your objective will be to scale our presence across Google Search, AI search engines (such as ChatGPT, SGE, and Perplexity), and high-intent keyword ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive measurable growth in organic traffic, conversions, and revenue.

- Optimize for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to future-proof discovery in AI-first environments.

- Develop programmatic and scalable SEO strategies for fintech-related keywords.

- Enhance crawlability, indexing, and internal linking architecture.

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to inform SEO-led product decisions.

Required Expertise:

- 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within the fintech, affiliate, or startup sectors.

- Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

- Comprehensive understanding of GEO, AEO, and AI search ecosystems.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
