SEO Specialist

About eQOURSE:At eQOURSE, we're revolutionizing digital education and training. As we expand in the edTech space, we're looking for a talented SEO Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts, craft impactful campaigns, and drive brand growth across multiple channels.

Position Overview:As the SEO Specialist, you'll shape and execute eQOURSE's digital strategy, leading content creation, digital marketing, and social media management. This dynamic role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate our brand presence, optimize our online presence, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct complete website SEO management including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and backlink strategy.
  • Monitor and improve search rankings on Google and other search engines.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and implement fixes for performance, mobile responsiveness, site speed, and indexing issues.
  • Develop and execute social media SEO strategies to improve visibility on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize content across digital channels for higher reach, impressions, and conversions.
  • Track user behavior and performance using analytics tools and craft data-driven strategies.
  • Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO-friendly content execution.
  • Competitor research and trend analysis for proactive SEO improvements.
  • Manage local SEO, Google Business Profile, citations, and reviews for brand reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals:
  • On-Page SEO (titles, meta tags, schema markup, internal linking)
  • Off-Page SEO (backlinks, outreach, brand mentions)
  • Technical SEO (Sitemap, Robots.txt, Core Web Vitals, site speed)
  • Knowledge of Social Media SEO practices such as:
  • Hashtag strategies, keyworded captions, channel tagging, engagement optimization
  • Familiar with Digital Marketing channels:
  • YouTube SEO, App Store optimization (optional), content distribution
  • Proficiency in SEO and Analytics tools including:
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz (any)
  • Screaming Frog or similar audit tools
  • Basic HTML, CSS knowledge for implementation support.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 13 years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Proven track record of ranking keyword improvements and traffic growth.
Additional Competencies
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects at once.
  • Creativity and updated knowledge of SEO trends and algorithm changes.

  • Growth in organic website traffic.
  • Improvement in keyword rankings (top 10, top 3).
  • Lead generation and conversion improvements.
  • Backlink quality and domain authority improvements.
  • Engagement rate and visibility on social media platforms.
