Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an SEO Specialist B2B SaaS, based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting comprehensive keyword research, performing SEO audits, implementing on-page SEO strategies, and executing link-building activities to improve search engine rankings. The SEO Specialist will also analyze website performance using web analytics tools, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the company's online presence and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategy aligned with organic lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Conduct technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexability, site architecture, page speed, schema, mobile optimization, JavaScript SEO).
- Drive on-page SEO through keyword research, search intent analysis, metadata optimization, headings, and internal linking.
- Execute off-page SEO and link building strategies including digital PR, guest posting, and partnerships.
- Manage international SEO including geo-targeting and localized keyword strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to build persona-driven SEO strategies.
- Track SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI/LLM search trends, featured snippets, and voice search.
- Support and mentor junior SEO resources and help build the organic growth function.
Required Skills & Experience
- 46 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, and site architecture.
- Experience with off-page SEO, link building, and international SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to convert SEO data into growth strategies.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- In-house SEO experience preferred.
Nice to have :
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise product companies.
- Exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, or marketing automation tools.
- Experience with AI-driven content, featured snippets, and voice search.
- SEO or digital marketing certifications.
