Position Overview
We are seeking a
results-driven SEO and Social Media Marketing Analyst with strong expertise in
search engine optimization, digital marketing strategies, and social media management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, managing social media platforms, and strengthening the organization's online presence.
This role requires a candidate who understands
SEO best practices, keyword optimization, content marketing, analytics, and social media engagement strategies to support business growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-traffic opportunities and search trends
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, headers, URLs, and images for search engine visibility
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify website improvements and optimization opportunities
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz
- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website engagement metrics
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Manage and optimize company profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Create engaging content including posts, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy
- Monitor social media performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions
- Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to align SEO strategy with digital marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and social media marketing best practices
- Manage multiple digital marketing projects while maintaining deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization, keyword strategy, and digital marketing analytics
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Work Location and Schedule (Strict Requirement)
- Work Mode: Work From Office only
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
- Shift: Night Shift
- Work Schedule: Monday Thursday
- Work Hours: 4:45 PM to 3:45 AM IST
Candidates must be comfortable working in a
night shift schedule and on-site office environment.
