Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven
SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist with proven agency experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search and social platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation, along with excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
- Optimize website content to improve organic rankings and traffic
- Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
Performance Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage lead generation campaigns with a focus on CPL, ROI, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives
- Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics
Social Media Marketing
- Support and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Collaborate on ad creatives and messaging for different audience segments
- Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of agency experience in digital marketing
- Strong proficiency in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven experience running lead generation campaigns
- Good understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and pixels
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with landing page optimization
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems
- Basic understanding of content marketing and email marketing
