We work with SaaS, consulting, tech, and service businesses to generate qualified leads through structured outreach, performance marketing, and SEO.

We're now looking for a hands-on SEO & Paid Ads Specialist who understands performance, data, and ROI, not just traffic.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for driving qualified inbound leads through:

  • Organic search (SEO)
  • Paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)

Your goal is simple:

Generate measurable pipeline impact not just clicks.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

  • Perform keyword research aligned with B2B intent
  • Build and execute SEO strategy (on-page + off-page)
  • Optimize landing pages and blog content
  • Improve organic rankings for commercial keywords
  • Track and report performance (traffic, leads, conversions)
  • Work with content team to align strategy

Paid Ads

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads

Set up conversion tracking and event measurement

Improve CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS

A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages

Scale winning campaigns responsibly

Provide weekly performance reports with insights

Requirements

  • 23+ years hands-on experience in SEO and Paid Ads
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation
  • Experience managing budgets and improving ROI

Familiar with tools like:

Google Analytics

Google Tag Manager

Search Console

SEMrush / Ahrefs

  • Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
  • Self-driven and accountable

Compensation

  • Project-based (Monthly Retainer)
  • Compensation will depend on experience and scope.
  • Performance-based incentives may be discussed.
