Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within an agency environment.
- Experience working with e-commerce and enterprise websites.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts and executing SEO strategies across brands.
- Exposure to team coordination or mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
Strategic Execution
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Define SEO requirements, tasks, and timelines for campaign execution.
- Apply expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and search performance optimization.
- Stay updated with evolving search trends including AI Optimization (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and incorporate relevant practices.
- Identify growth opportunities to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Team Coordination
- Guide and support SEO Executives and Analysts to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, processes, and quality standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
- Collaborate with content, development, and performance marketing teams for integrated campaign execution.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for SEO deliverables for assigned clients.
- Present SEO strategies, performance reports, and insights to clients.
- Build strong client relationships by delivering consistent performance improvements.
- Identify opportunities to expand SEO scope within existing accounts.
Operational & Performance Management
- Maintain structured tracking mechanisms including:
- KPI sheets for client accounts
- Performance tracking dashboards
- Monthly and quarterly reporting
- Monitor performance metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Troubleshoot ranking fluctuations, technical issues, and visibility challenges.
- Ensure consistent reporting and insights across all client accounts.
Growth & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to enhance SEO offerings and service capabilities.
- Contribute to case studies and success stories demonstrating SEO impact.
- Stay updated with new tools, automation opportunities, and emerging search practices.
- Support initiatives that strengthen the agency's reputation in SEO and organic growth.
KPIs
- Deliver measurable organic traffic and ranking growth across client accounts.
- Achieve defined SEO performance targets for assigned brands.
- Develop case studies demonstrating SEO impact on business growth.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions within the SEO team.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
Skills Required
