About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Division Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and strategies, along with a proven track record of successfully leading and growing SEO campaigns across different sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SEO division, including a team of SEO specialists.
• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies across various industries to achieve client goals.
• Hands-on experience with both on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
• Expertise in utilizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other SEO tools such as SEMrush to analyze and optimize website performance.
• Proficiency in ASO (App Store Optimization), marketplace optimization, voice search optimization, e-commerce SEO, local SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure the creation of high-performing SEO content.
• Drive exceptional growth for clients by consistently delivering on business outcomes.
• Monitor and report on the performance of SEO campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead client communication, reporting, and strategy presentations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading and managing SEO campaigns across diverse industries.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of web development and technology (a plus).
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and exceeding client expectations.
• Certifications in SEO and related fields are a plus.
