SEO Manager

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead organic growth across our portfolio of international affiliate websites.

The role requires someone with strong hands-on SEO experience who can independently research opportunities and problems, develop strategies and processes, work with content and technology teams to implement them, and measure their impact.

We are looking for someone who understands SEO beyond tools, reports and checklists, and can apply SEO fundamentals, data and experimentation to drive sustainable organic growth.

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites and markets.
• Identify and prioritise organic growth opportunities through search, competitor, SERP and performance analysis.
• Diagnose ranking and traffic performance at site, template, page and query level.
• Build hypotheses around SEO opportunities and validate them through data and experimentation.
• Design and implement SEO A/B tests and other experiments, analyse results and translate learnings into actions.
• Own technical SEO including crawling, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, canonicals, rendering and other technical factors affecting search performance.
• Work with content teams to improve content usefulness, search intent alignment, structure and presentation.
• Develop scalable SEO processes and ensure their implementation across the team.
• Translate SEO requirements into clear actions for content, development and other teams.
• Monitor implementation and perform quality checks rather than considering a task complete when it has simply been assigned.
• Analyse Google Search Console, analytics and third-party SEO data to identify patterns, problems and opportunities.
• Monitor search engine developments and evaluate their impact through data rather than assumptions.
• Measure the impact of SEO initiatives and continuously refine strategy based on results.

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably involving large or commercially focused websites.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how search engines crawl, index and rank webpages.
• Practical experience with SEO experimentation and A/B testing, including designing, implementing and evaluating tests.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to break broad problems into smaller, actionable components.
• Experience building and implementing SEO processes, not just recommending them.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, internal linking and website architecture.
• Strong understanding of search intent and the ability to evaluate whether content is genuinely useful to users.
• Experience working closely with content and development teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, crawling tools and major SEO research platforms.
• Ability to independently take an objective from research through implementation, measurement and iteration.

Experience with affiliate, coupon, e-commerce, marketplace, publishing or other large/template-driven websites will be an advantage.

You are able to take a business or SEO objective, investigate it independently, determine what needs to be done, build a process or experiment where required, get it implemented, measure the outcome and use what you learn to decide the next action.
