Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B SEO & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) Manager who can own organic growth and lead generation end-to-end. This role goes beyond traditional SEOfocusing on AI-driven search, entity-based optimization, and revenue-aligned SEO strategies.
You will lead SEO strategy execution for B2B websites targeting high-intent leads (US & global markets) and collaborate closely with content, development, demand generation, and leadership teams.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how SEO impacts pipeline, conversions, and revenue, not just rankings.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute B2B SEO strategy for lead generation (TOFUBOFU).
Drive AEO optimization for featured snippets, PAA, zero-click & AI search (AEO, SGE, Bing AI).
Lead technical SEO (audits, CWV, indexing, schema).
Build and optimize pillar pages, service pages, and industry content.
Use SEO & AI tools to improve content, automation, and reporting.
Track performance tied to leads, conversions, and business impact.
Requirements
6+ years of SEO experience, strong in B2B SEO.
Hands-on experience with technical SEO, content SEO, and SERP features.
Experience with AEO, entity-based SEO, and conversational content.
Proficient with GSC, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Surfer, Frase, Clearscope).
Strong analytical and ownership mindset.
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, BPO, CX, or outsourcing SEO.
Exposure to programmatic SEO or HubSpot/CRM tracking.
