ABOUT THE ROLE
Authority Juice is a boutique B2B GEO and content strategy agency. We work with B2B and SaaS companies on AI search visibility, technical SEO, content strategy, competitor research and more. Our deliverables are research-heavy. Everything that leaves this agency has to hold up in front of a client's leadership team without translation.
We are small and senior-heavy. The person in this role owns real accounts from week one, speaks directly to clients, and has visible influence on how we work.
Please note that this is not a keyword-and-checklist job. Our clients come to us because the obvious things have already been done. We need someone who finds what everyone else missed.
Location: 100% remote
CTC: up to ₹17 LPA (₹15,00,000 fixed + performance variable of up to 15%)
Experience: Min. 4 years in SEO
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1. Account leadership. Run 3 to 5 B2B client accounts at the same time. Own the strategy, the roadmap, the timelines, and the results for each one.
2. Technical diagnosis. Audit client sites and work out what is broken: crawl and indexation issues, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, rendering, Core Web Vitals, migration damage, robots and canonical logic. Then prioritize by impact and effort.
3. Content and GEO strategy. Build content plans grounded in SERP and competitor research. Shape how clients appear in AI-generated answers across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
4. Client calls and presentation decks. Expect to be on client calls regularly. Every account runs bi-weekly progress calls, and some accounts will need you weekly, particularly during onboarding, a migration, or a period where numbers are moving in the wrong direction. You will build the decks for these calls either yourself or with the help of the specialists, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on what the account requires.
5. Team management. Direct junior SEO specialists and writers. Set the brief for the content team, review the work done by the SEO team, give feedback that improves output and hold the quality line.
6. Client communication. Lead client calls, present findings, defend recommendations, and manage expectations when results take time. Write clearly enough that a CMO and a developer both understand the same document.
7. Reporting. Build monthly and quarterly reporting that connects SEO activity to business outcomes. Explain what moved, what did not and what happens next.
WHAT WE NEED (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
GOOD TO HAVE
TOOLS
Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, Peec(dot)ai and Claude for research and deliverable production. Not having used all of these is fine. However, never having used most of them probably means this is not the right role.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Please note that, as a small team, we do not currently offer medical insurance. However, we provide complimentary annual health checkup vouchers for you and your parents, and we can reimburse your monthly gym membership upon request.
