SEO Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager with 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization who can lead our SEO team, manage client strategies, and drive measurable organic growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Manage multiple client accounts and act as the key point of contact for SEO-related requirements.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, and content gap analysis.
• Plan and execute on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO strategies.
• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
• Analyze SEO performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and work with developers and content teams to resolve them.
• Set KPIs for the SEO team and track individual and overall team performance.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, strategy discussions, and monthly reviews.
• Ensure SEO campaigns are aligned with client business goals and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring an SEO team.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of SEO reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis.
• Experience in developing SEO strategies for different industries will be an added advantage.
