Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop SEO strategies, set KPIs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
2. Team Management: Lead, delegate tasks, and focus on training and upskilling the SEO team.
3. Technical SEO Oversight: Ensure optimized site architecture, schema markup, and server-side performance.
4. Content & On-Page Strategy: Guide keyword research, content optimization, and metadata practices.
5. Off-Page SEO: Execute link-building strategies and manage backlink health.
6. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console for performance tracking and insights.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, tech, and marketing teams for alignment.
8. Compliance & Innovation: Ensure SEO compliance, manage risks, and lead experimentation.
